African International Students Initiatives (AIS-Initiatives) sprang out from the efforts of young students of African descendants globally to stand up against the negative heritage of tyranny and totalitarianism that has plagued the continent for so long. These young individuals are dedicated to spreading the ideas of human dignity, individual and economic freedom, and the ability to pursue one's happiness without coercion. Therefore provides a platform for African students to generate and share ideas that will lead to a prosperous and liberated Africa.



  • To provide a forum for the discussion of issues and ideas pertaining to Africa and the African diaspora

  • To foster initiatives linking students to various organizations in Africa: public, private, and academic with an eye for creating research, internship, and fellowship opportunities.

  • To act as a community and support base for students of African descent and to serve as a resource or network for all people interested in Africa.

  • African International Students Initiatives (AIS-Initiatives) has been established as a non-profit organization to raise funds for the benefit of African International Students Initiatives Projects (AIS-Initiatives) and other philanthropic institutions in Africa and globally.
